“the App,” “the Platform”)
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, registering, or using Zappo, you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not
agree, you must not use Zappo.
Eligibility

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep
it up to date.

If under 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian
consent.
Services Provided
Zappo is a sports platform that allows users to:
- Search and book sports venues and courts.

Join and host matches/events.

Connect with other players and partners.
- Use additional features (as rolled out).
User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your
account details.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including:
- Posting harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the services.
- Misrepresenting yourself or creating fake accounts.

You are responsible for your conduct during any match, event, or
venue booking arranged via Zappo.

You agree not to posting anything related to Politics, Religion,
Hate Speech.
Partner Responsibilities
For venue owners, event hosts, and partners using the Zappo Partner
App:

You must provide accurate details of venues, courts, timings, and
pricing.

You must honor confirmed bookings and ensure facilities are safe
and as described.

Cancellations and refunds must comply with Zappo’s policies.
Payments and Fees

Payments for bookings and events may be processed via third-party
providers (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, cards).
- Zappo may charge service, convenience, or commission fees.

Advance payments, refunds, and cancellations are subject to
policies outlined within the App at the time of booking.

Tenorra Labs Private Limited is not liable for delays or failures
caused by third-party payment gateways.
Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the venue/host cancellation policies
stated at booking.

Zappo reserves the right to deduct service or transaction fees.

Non-attendance by a user does not automatically entitle a refund.
Content and Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and platform content belong to Tenorra Labs
Private Limited.

Users may post content but grant Zappo a worldwide, royalty-free
license to use, display, and distribute such content on the
Platform.

You must not upload copyrighted or illegal material without
permission.
Privacy
Your use of Zappo is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We
encourage you to read it carefully.
Limitation of Liability

Zappo provides a platform for connecting players and partners.

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, disputes, or losses
arising from matches, events, or venue usage.
- Zappo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach
these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zappo
after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
